At Roots of India, we take great care in nurturing, packaging, and delivering healthy plants and gardening products to our customers. Due to the perishable and living nature of plants, we maintain a strict No Return Policy.

No Returns

All purchases made through the Roots of India website, mobile applications, marketplaces, and physical stores are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

A damaged product,
A product that was significantly damaged during transit, or
An incorrect item different from what was ordered,

please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [support@rootsofindia.com] or contacting our customer support team.

To process your request, please provide:

Order number
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled.
The order is cancelled by Roots of India before dispatch.
A verified case of damaged or incorrect product is approved by our customer support team.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Plant Care Responsibility

Plants are living products and may vary slightly in size, shape, color, and growth stage from the images displayed on our website. Such natural variations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or replacements.

Roots of India is not responsible for plant health issues arising after delivery due to improper handling, environmental conditions, watering practices, repotting, or customer negligence.
